The Rhino Room is a luxury farm-style retreat that beautifully blends historic character with modern comfort. Housed within a lovingly restored stone building on the southern side of the lodge, the room features thick original stone walls that naturally keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. The Buffalo Room is a warm and inviting retreat overlooking the gardens and Rockdell Valley, offering the perfect escape for couples or solo travellers. Located on the southern side of the lodge near the communal entertainment area, the room features a super king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, a coffee station, dressing table, and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub, walk-in shower, twin basins, and a separate toilet. Combining modern comforts with peaceful surroundings, the Buffalo Room provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay at Rockdell Lodge.

Accommodation Rates
Sharing: From R1,850 per person, per night
Single Occupancy: From R2,250 per person, per night
Children's Rates
- 0–3 years: Stay free
- 4–12 years: Pay 50% of the sharing rate (when sharing with adults)
Booking Information
- Minimum 2-night stay
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Rooms are non-smoking (smoking is permitted outdoors only).
